Handmade Bu Zhi Chun
Bu Zhi Chun ("Doesn't Know It's Spring") is picked in mid-May each year. Since it flushes later than other varietals, already well into Spring and approaching Summer, its name is quite fitting. This tea was fully handmade using traditional methods with several charcoal roasts. The finished leaves are tightly twisted with a lustrous brown colour, while the tea liquor is a lovely orange-yellow.
Our Bu Zhi Chun has a floral aroma with notes of frankincense. The taste is mellow and lingers after swallowing. The mouthfeel is smooth and full with a good texture.
