Handmade Bai Rui Xiang
Bai Rui Xiang ("Hundred Harmonious Fragrances") is a rare Cliff Tea varietal with a history of more than 100 years of cultivation, and is harvested in late April each year. This tea was made using traditional methods with several charcoal roasts.
The finished leaves are tightly twisted with a greenish brown color. The dry fragrance is rich and elegant. When infused, Bai Rui Xiang has a fragrance of herbaceous plants. The tea liquour is mellow, with an obvious yan yun ("rock rhyme") and lingering sweetness.
