OUR CHANGE-OF-MIND POLICY
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! Simply reach out within 7 days of your package arriving and let us know. Please note that goods must be unused to exchange or return. The customer is responsible for returning items to our warehouse in Malaysia. If you are interested in exchanging or a store-credit we will cover the shipping costs with a store-credit. The original shipping charges are non-refundable and we do have a restock fee to cover our fees and costs. These are not included with exchanges and store credits.
POSTAL DAMAGED
Nothing hurts more than something breaking in the post! Please contact us as soon as you get your package (within 24 hours of accepting the package) and let us know! We will replace any broken items as soon as possible. In some cases, we my get items repaired and will ask you to forward broken teaware on to a kintsugi artist (and cover the costs)
PRODUCT ISSUES
If there is a fault with an item we will obviously replace it! In some cases, we will ask for the item to be returned. If this is the case, we will cover shipping. Exceptions to this are antiques with what we deem as acceptable wear and tear given each pieces respective age and price.
Things to note
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are broken or faulty. In this case exchanges and store-credit is available.
- Returned items must be unused and returned unbroken - customer is responsible for returning items to us.
- Original shipping charges are also non-refundable.
- There is a re-stock fee on change-of-mind refunds (not exchanges or store-credits)
