A handmade Jingdezhen porcelain cup in the manner of the late Qing blue line cups we have sold for years: white glaze, a single cobalt line at the rim and foot, and nothing else.
Where the antique cups carry a century and a half of wear, this one arrives new and ready to earn its own. The porcelain is thin and bright, and it flatters every liquor from pale gaoshan to the darkest liu bao. A good companion to an antique set, or the beginning of one.
